A new device from OPPO with model numbers PBCM10 PBCM30 has passed TENAA today rumoured to be the Oppo K1. Following the clearance, we now have it’s design, specs and features listed on the Chinese regulator’s website. Take a look at that listing below.
As per the listing, the OPPO K1 features a 6.4-inch AMOLED display with the resolutions of 2340 x 1080p. The CPU is listed simply as a 1.95GHz chipset and the device has 4GB of RAM with 128GB of onboard storage. Furthermore, the handset is mentioned running Android 8.1 Oreo. One of these versions has 6GB of RAM as well.
As for the camera department, there’s a dual rear setup of 16MP + 2MP and a 25MP sensor on the front of the phone. It has a 3,500mAh battery and the mentioned dimensions are – 158.3×75.5×7.4 (mm).
As you can see in the images, this OPPO K1 is likely sporting a water-drop notch on the front as the central position of the camera suggests. Also, the rear does not possess a fingerprint reader which means this model will probably have an on-screen reader for sure. Colours are Red, Blue, and Silver but you can see the gradient shade in the image quite clearly.

In recent times, there has been a lot of fuss regarding the upcoming Xiaomi Mi Max 3. This smartphone has passed through FCC, TENAA and some of its features have been speculated. From previous reports, this phablet is scheduled to arrive in July and it is expected to continue the legacy of the Max lineup with a huge battery and large display. The screen of the Xiaomi Mi Max 3 was surprisingly listed on AliExpress for $65.00 and from the appearance, this phablet will use a notchless full-screen design with an aspect ratio of 18:9. However, the forehead and the chin are not entirely thin.
According to its recent TENAA listing, the Xiaomi Mi Max 3 will be equipped with a 6.9-inch Full HD+ LCD screen with a display resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels and it should be powered by a Snapdragon 710 SoC clocking 1.8GHz coupled with 3GB/4GB/6GB of RAM and multiple memory options (probably 32 GB/64GB/128GB). It is expected that this phablet will run on Android 8.1 Oreo operating system out-of-the-box and its lights will be kept on by a 5400 mAh battery. Rumors have it that this device will sell for 1699 Yuan ($258).
It is worth mentioning that Lei Jun recently displayed the box of Xiaomi Mi Max 3 on Weibo. The size of the box is not small. It adopts the white minimalist style that Xiaomi currently focuses on, and has a large “3” on the outside.
There are now hundreds of rugged phones on the market, but none of them shines for any special features over the others. Blackview, which are renown and among the first ones to produce these kind of phones, are always trying to add new functionalities to set themselves apart from the competition.
Their latest experiment is called Blackview BV5800 Pro. A rugged smartphone that comes with a feature even “ordinary” phones still struggle to implement – wireless charging.
The BV5800 Pro will indeed come with a large 5580mAh capacity battery that can be charged at 5V2A (10W) through wireless charging. This will make your life so much as we all know how annoying it is to move the plastic plugs that make the phone waterproof in order to charge it. With the wireless charging feature you can simply sit the phone on the base and wait for it to charge.
Other specs on the BV5800 Pro include a MTK6739 quad-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz, a 5.5-inch HD+ 720*1440 IPS screen with an 18:9 aspect ratio, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. There are also 2 cameras 13MP+0.3MP on the back and an 8MP selfie snapper at the front.
Finally, the smartphone will come with Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box, which is quite an achievement for the budget device, along with NFC. Color variants will be Black, Yellow and Green.

It seems that Samsung got one more new entry-level device in the works that might be unveiled in the near future. It was reported a few weeks back that Samsung could be working on announcing its first Android Go device under its J series of smartphones. The device already passed through the Geekbench test under the model number model number SM-J260G, and rumors suggest it will be called the Galaxy J2 Core.
While Samsung is yet to officially confirm whether or not it is interested in the Android Go programme, the latest scoop from Korea points towards the existence of the Galaxy J2 Core.
Sammobile reports that Samsung has filed for the trademark of the Galaxy J2 Core with the with the Korean Intellectual Property Office.
While trademark filings often precede the launch of new devices, it is pertinent to note that Samsung is in the habit of abandoning a trademark, so its possible the J2 core might not come to fruition.
A Samsung made device with the model number SM-J260G alleged to be the Galaxy J2 Core was spotted on Geekbench a few week back. Powered by a 1.43GHz quad-core processor coupled with 1GB of RAM, the alleged Galaxy J2 core according to the listing is based on Android 8.1 – which is probably the only major indicator that the device might be an Android Go smartphone.
